flow |flō| (verb) to move along or out steadily and continuously in a current or a stream

"go with the flow" to be relaxed and and accept a situation, rather than trying to alter or control it.

ながれ: ”ながれにみをまかせる”　心配しないできらくに行く.

always a good one.
